Damon DiMarco is a professional
writer and actor who lives in New York City.
As an actor he earned his Master of Fine Arts degree from
Rutgers University's excellent Mason Gross School of the Arts
under the tutelage of world renowned acting teacher William Esper.
Damon's acting resume includes roles on stage, screen, and
television. He is a member of AFTRA, SAG, and Actors' Equity.
Other books by Mr. DiMarco include Heart of War: Soldiers' Voices from the Front Lines of Iraq ,
an oral history of U.S. Veterans of the War in Iraq and Out
of Bounds (the Roy Simmons story | published by
Carroll & Graf,
available in hardcover, January, 2006).

Mr. DiMarco's theatrical version of Heart of War (originally titled Shock and
Awe) was recently read at New York City's
Public Theatre
under the direction of Scott Hudson of the LAByrinth Theater
Company.
